1. Eligibility to Use hh33

Access to the hh33 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing any bets.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must register using your own true, accurate, and current personal details. Use of false identity or proxy registration is prohibited.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or otherwise restricted from accessing gambling services.

hh33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending balances.

2. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the hh33 platform. Multiple accounts per user are strictly forbidden. When registering, you agree that:

hh33 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts without prior notice. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated through duplicate accounts may be voided.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

hh33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Existing accounts are not eligible for new player bonuses.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion with other players, use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Harassment, threatening, or abusive behavior directed at other players or hh33 staff through any communication channel on or off the platform.
• Unauthorized commercial advertising, spam, or solicitation of other users through the platform's chat or messaging features.

hh33 employs advanced fraud detection systems and reviews account activity on an ongoing basis. Users engaging in prohibited conduct will be permanently banned, and any outstanding funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content published on the hh33 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and page layouts — is the exclusive intellectual property of hh33 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of hh33's content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability. All trademarks and service marks displayed on this platform remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability
